No quorum
Stephen Selvek – 8 Elizabeth St. - the only issue is visual access along the side of the house. This is not a great concern. Install the pool first before we insist on any type of screening to see just what will be needed if anything. The 45 day time frame has begun so although it can’t be voted on tonight due to lack of a quorum I will approve it in-house so the applicant can move forward.
